About Banjo

Banjo is a handsome heeler mix who came to us from a local pound. He was quite timid when he first arrived, and even now, he can be a bit reserved around men. However, Banjo warms up quickly to women and his true, playful personality shines through! He's a big boy, weighing around 70 pounds, and he knows how to "sit" on command. Banjo absolutely loves his walks, though he does tend to pull on the leash, so he'll need some training in that area. As a heeler mix, he's got a lot of energy and smarts, which means he needs a handler who can provide consistent guidance and structure.

Ideal Home

Banjo would do best in a home with older children due to his energetic heeler nature.

Ongoing Health

Banjo is neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Banjo is learning to walk politely on a leash and will need continued training to manage his pulling. He also benefits from firm and consistent handling due to his heeler instincts.
