Sage is a 56-year-old, 43-lb pittie sweetheart with the biggest heart, she will win yours from the moment you meet her! Sage has a calm demeanor and is happily independent but also enjoys having a canine companion. She thrives on balance with fun adventures paired with cozy couch snuggles. She's wonderful with children and happily soaks up attention from anyone willing to give it. Sage loves to give you kisses in bed and snuggle up under the covers! For much of her life, she struggled with painful, preventable food allergies that led to chronic ear infections and skin issues. Over the past eight months, with proper veterinary care and a healthy diet, Sage has made an incredible transformation. Her skin is clear, her ears are comfortable, and her joyful spirit is shining. She is so ready for her forever home.
