My name is Ruby, and I'm a 1.5-year-old, 44-pound Olde English Bulldog with a heart full of love and a tail that wags at lightning speed! I'm a smart and sweet girl looking for a fresh start and a bright future with a family to call my own. I was surrendered when my previous person went through a difficult time, but now I'm ready for new adventures and to be your loyal companion. I already know how to sit like a champion, especially if there's a treat involved!

Ideal Home

I would thrive in a home that understands the special requirements of my breed. On hot and humid days, air conditioning is a must! I'm friendly with dogs and have met several at the shelter who think I'm pretty cool. I would do best in a home with children aged 8 and up.

Ongoing Health

As an Olde English Bulldog, I have breed-specific needs that require attention to keep me happy and healthy.

Training & Support

I have more to learn, and I think training classes would be a wonderful way for us to bond while I become the best version of myself.
