Xena - SIlver Heart

Hi there! My name is Xena, and I'm a beautiful 10-year-old flashy fawn girl looking for my forever home. My previous family had to move and couldn't bring me along, so now I'm ready for a fresh start! I'm part of the rescue's special Silver Heart Program, and there are some wonderful perks for my adoptive family – be sure to ask about them! I'm described as friendly, calm, playful, quiet, and very affectionate. I've lived with another dog and am happy to report I'm dog-friendly! I haven't lived with cats before, so we'll have to see how we get along. I'm great with kids, including a 7-month-old, a 12-year-old, and a 15-year-old. I do need some help with house and crate training, but I sleep inside and am happy to be left alone if you need to go out. When I'm outside, I'm a good girl and don't dig or try to jump fences. I love playing and napping, and I'd be thrilled to join a family that enjoys both!
