Lou, affectionately known as Lover, is a charming mixed-breed terrier who hails from rural Arkansas. He and his siblings were rescued as dumped puppies and are all incredibly loving dogs, but Lou truly shines with his affectionate nature. He won't jump on you; instead, he'll gently stand on his hind legs, paws resting on your thigh for a moment, gazing up with big, soulful eyes as if to say "I love you." This sweet boy is approximately 45 lbs, playful, intelligent, and absolutely adores being doted on. Lou is a doll who loves children and would be thrilled to be the center of attention in a family of his own, making him an ideal family dog.

Ongoing Health
Lou is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is up-to-date on his Simparica Trio heartworm, flea, and tick preventative. He will come with a vet exam, a negative fecal test, and a health certificate for travel.

Lou is described as being quick with potty training and would likely adapt well to a home environment.

Transporation
Lou is currently located in an indoor kennel with access to an outdoor covered kennel. We transport our dogs to many New England cities. If you are out of state and interested in adopting, we are happy to guide you through the process and can find the transport stop nearest to you. The adoption fee of $250 INCLUDES TRANSPORT.
