Meet Penny! This adorable 2-year-old, 15-pound Chiweenie mix was found wandering alone and, sadly, her family never came for her. Thankfully, a foster family opened their hearts and home, bringing her into rescue just in time. Penny is a fun-loving, active girl who adores being part of everything! She's great with other dogs and would love a canine sibling, but she's also happy to be the center of attention. Penny is affectionate, friendly, and makes new friends easily.
