Frankie

Frankie is officially ready for his forever home! This sweet English Cocker Spaniel came to us from a commercial breeder, initially very timid and unsure of the world. But with months of patience, love, and dedication from his foster family, Frankie has blossomed beautifully! The little boy who once feared human touch now loves to snuggle on the couch and gives sweet kisses. Watching his transformation has been truly amazing. He thrives with other dogs and needs a confident canine companion to help him continue building his confidence. Frankie also does well with cats and is making great progress with potty training. Because he is still sensitive, he will need a patient family who understands that adjustment takes time.

Ideal Home

Frankie needs a home with another dog to help him feel secure. He is also sensitive to small children and would do best in a home with calm, older children (middle school-high school age).

Ongoing Health

Frankie has a "cherry eye," which is common in Cocker Spaniels. Our veterinarians do not believe it will cause any issues.

Training & Support

Frankie is making great progress with potty training. He will need a patient family who understands that adjustment takes time.
