Meet Blaze! This handsome 72-pound Alaskan Malamute is about two years old and has an enormous heart, despite a rough start in life. Found wandering the streets of Harris County, Texas, Blaze was abandoned and left to fend for himself. It's clear he once knew love, but sadly, he was discarded. Yet, his spirit remains unbroken; he still trusts people and yearns for a place to call his own. Blaze is ready to offer unconditional love to a family that will cherish him forever.

Blaze is up to date on all vaccines and has been neutered. He previously tested positive for heartworm but has successfully begun the slow-kill treatment and is on the road to recovery.
