Whitney

Whitney is a roughly 3-year-old, 45 lb Shepherd mix with a heart of gold. She was found as a stray in a small Texas town and, thankfully, was rescued from a grim fate. Whitney is a gentle and soft soul who can be a little cautious around new things, but her kind eyes always hold a flicker of hope. She truly is a beauty, inside and out, and is dreaming of a safe and loving home where she can finally feel cherished. Whitney is ready to bloom in a calm and patient environment where she can learn to trust and let her sweet, loving personality shine.

Ideal Home

Whitney is a sensitive girl who may take time to warm up, especially to men. A calm and patient home would be ideal for her to build trust. She is dog-friendly with male dogs, but can get nervous with rough play.

Whitney has been spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Whitney walks well on leash and enjoys her walks! She may need some gentle guidance with potty training as she transitions back into a home environment.
