Harvey Baby So Sweet and Smart

Meet Harvey! Harvey is a young puppy who we believe may be a German Shepherd/Doberman mix, though his exact breed blend is unknown. Harvey is an incredibly special little guy who is already showing all the signs of becoming an amazing companion. He is smart, sweet, and eager to learn. Harvey already knows commands like sit, down, and leave it, and he walks beautifully on a leash. He is highly food motivated and genuinely enjoys training sessions, making him a joy to teach.

When he's not working on his manners, Harvey loves to play! He is a puppy through and through and absolutely loves his toys. Whether he's tossing a toy around, chewing on a favorite stuffie, or proudly carrying one around the house, Harvey knows how to have fun. After playtime, Harvey transforms into a world-class cuddle bug who is happiest when he's curled up in a lap soaking up affection. He is a soft, loving puppy who simply wants to be close to the people he loves. Harvey is adorable with his sleek black coat, tan eyebrows, and tan socks.

Harvey has been exposed to both dogs and cats in his foster home and has enjoyed playtime with other dogs outside of the home.

Harvey would thrive in a home that can provide continued training, enrichment, and engagement. As a puppy, he benefits from crate training, daily structure, early socialization, and positive reinforcement. Adopters should be prepared for an intelligent, active dog, which is common for German Shepherd and Doberman mixes.

Transporation

Harvey is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide through our rescue's USDA certified transport system. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
