Sascha

Sascha arrived at NCCR on 11/21/24, surrendered when her owner could no longer care for her. She turned out to be very pregnant, but now that her puppies have all been adopted, and Sascha has been spayed and brought up to date with her veterinary care, it’s her turn to find a forever family of her own! She is an approximately 4-5-year-old female mixed breed. Sascha loves people, but can be a bit shy with strangers, especially men. Sweet talk and some treats generally bring her out of her shell quickly! Show her that you’re only going to love her, and she’ll melt like ice cream in August! She has lived with another large dog, as well as children.

Ideal Home

Sascha cannot live with small dogs or cats as she will chase them.

Ongoing Health

Sascha has been spayed and brought up to date with her veterinary care.

Training & Support

Sascha is leash trained, house trained and knows basic commands. This sweet girl just wants someone to love her as she deserves!

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Approved applicants are welcome to participate in our popular Slumber Party Program and take a dog home for up to 2 weeks to make sure he/she is a great fit.

Transporation

Sascha is in foster care. Meet & Greets can be arranged for approved applicants. Potential adopters must be able and willing to travel to the Rescue to meet the dog they are interested in. We do adopt out of state, however we do not transport or ship dogs.
