Peanut LGB

Peanut is a young pup with a big dog personality packed into a small body! He's a bundle of energy, always ready to play and zoom around. While he can be a bit vocal when he sees other dogs, it's just his way of saying "let's play!" He absolutely adores children but would do best in a home with older kids due to his excitable nature and tendency to nip and jump when happy. He's a smart and sweet boy who loves to give kisses and snuggle up on your lap. He walks well on a leash, and we double up with a harness and martingale collar to ensure he stays safe.

Ideal Home

Peanut would thrive in a home ready for his playful energy and big personality. He loves kids, but a home with older children would be ideal. Due to his "runner" tendencies, a secure yard and careful supervision around doors and gates are a must to prevent him from taking off – he thinks it's a fun game to be chased! He can also be a bit nippy when playing, so his canine companions should be tolerant of this playful, in-your-face style.

Training & Support

Peanut's excitement can lead to nipping and jumping. Consistent positive reinforcement and redirection will help him learn to manage his enthusiasm. Because he's a runner, extra vigilance is needed around openings to prevent him from escaping.
