Opal is a 3-4 year old American Pit Bull terrier mix with a heart full of love to give. She's a sweet and timid girl who is patiently waiting for her perfect forever family to help her feel safe and cherished. Opal has a traumatic background, which makes her a bit shy when she first meets new people. However, with a little patience and understanding, her wonderful personality truly blossoms.

Ideal Home

Opal would do best in a home with another dog. Another canine companion will help her come out of her shell and gain confidence. She needs a family who is prepared to offer her ample time, space, love, and gentle guidance as she learns to trust again.
