MEET JACK!

Jack is a four-year-old Shih Tzu, weighing in at ten pounds of pure love and resilience. This special boy was born blind, but that hasn't stopped him from learning to navigate his foster home safely and he is happily housebroken! Jack is sweet-natured and quiet, making him a true lap dog. He would be content as an only pet but could also live with other low-key dogs or cats, though he hasn't been tested with felines.

Jack enjoys exploring his fenced-in yard, and with a little patience and practice, he could likely enjoy walks with his humans. While Jack cannot go up or down stairs, he adores being carried, so he doesn't need to live in a single-story home!

Ideal Home

Jack would be happiest and safest in a home without a lot of high activity due to his vision impairment.
