Meet BBS Acres Shih Tzu's. Jan Ballard-Seibel lives in Washington state and breeds Shih Tzus. I am retired and live on our ranch that includes horses, cows, and Shih Tzu's. Our 5 Moms and puppies live in the house with us. I like doing this to ensure good socialization and health monitoring. All puppies are peepad trained and I do their vacancies & wormings. We have 3 breeding males onsite.
