Danica

Danica is a resilient and loving Pitbull mix who, despite a rough start, is ready to find her forever home. At approximately 5 years old and weighing 45 pounds, this sweet girl is a tripod, having had her left rear leg amputated due to injuries from being hit by a car. She's housebroken, crate trained, and a relatively low-maintenance companion who enjoys cuddling and relaxing more than strenuous activity. While she's a dominant female and would do best without cats, she might be a good fit for another dog after a proper introduction. Danica deserves a loving home where she can enjoy a comfy spot to rest and receive all the affection she craves.

Danica would thrive in a home that can provide her with a comfortable space to relax. She is not suited for a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Danica is a tripod dog, having undergone an amputation of her left rear leg due to past injuries. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped. She is also on monthly preventatives.

Danica is already housebroken and crate trained, making her an easy addition to many households. Her primary needs will be a loving environment and a comfortable place to rest.
