Gertie

Gertie is a sweet and energetic young lady who absolutely loves to play with her foster siblings and would adore a canine companion to share her zoomies with! She's smart and very motivated by food and treats, already knowing "sit." Gertie enjoys toys, though she can be a bit of a toy destroyer, and she really likes going for walks. While housebreaking is still a work in progress, she's doing well when her cues are noticed. She can be a bit vocal when first put in her kennel but usually settles down.

Ideal Home

Gertie would thrive in a home with plenty of space to run and play, ideally with another dog to be her buddy. She's good with children aged 10 and up. She is not a fan of her crate.

Ongoing Health

Gertie is spayed and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Housebreaking is ongoing, and Gertie does best when her humans are attentive to her signals. She's learning to manage her excitement in her kennel and is working on her toy-destroying tendencies.
