Mikey

Mikey is a handsome Shepherd mix with a birthday on December 29, 2023. He was rescued by Boaz Animal Control and brought to Second Chance Shelter two years ago. Though he can be a little timid at first, it doesn't take long for Mikey to warm up and show his playful side. He absolutely loves treats, splashing his feet in his water bowl, and playing with his roommate, Judie. Mikey has a lot of energy, which means he's ready for all sorts of fun activities!

Mikey can be a bit timid initially, so a patient adopter who can help him build confidence would be wonderful. He enjoys playing games and has lots of energy, so continuing to channel that energy through play and activities will be key to his happiness.
