About Athena

Athena is a delightful mix of an adventure buddy and a cuddle companion! She enjoys going for walks and keeping an eye out for wildlife, but she's equally content soaking up the sun, playing with her favorite elephant toy, or napping near her people. Athena is a smart girl who thrives on routine and is eager to learn. She already knows how to "sit" and is working on "fetch," especially when peanut butter is involved! She gets adorably excited for meal times, outdoor adventures, and all the little moments in between. Ice chips, chicken treats, belly rubs, and watching the world go by from a window are among her favorite things. Athena is athletic, affectionate, and forms deep connections with her humans, offering comfort in ways that make them feel truly special. She has a gift for bringing joy and becoming a cherished part of the family. Athena was born in December 2025.

Ideal Home

Athena would thrive in a home that appreciates her playful spirit and loving personality.

Ongoing Health

Athena will receive a health exam and certificate from a veterinarian within 10 days of adoption. She will be up-to-date on all vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and will have a fecal analysis and heartworm test (if over 6 months old). If she is 6 months or older, she will be spayed/neutered prior to transport.

Athena is eager to learn and already knows "sit." She is working on "fetch."
