Hula Hoop

Meet Hula Hoop! She came into our care from a hoarding situation where she was neglected and overeating, weighing nearly 28 lbs. After a long gradual weight loss journey, she's now a healthy 12.8 lbs and no longer hula hoop shaped! Her bloodwork is perfect, and we believe she's a Miniature Pinscher mix around 9 years old. Hula is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and potty trained, ready for her new name and new life.

Ideal Home

Hula is looking for an adopter who is patient as she warms up. She seems to prefer female humans and needs a home with a fenced yard as her forearms/wrists are damaged from neglect, meaning she shouldn't be expected to go on long leashed walks. She would prefer a home without cats.

Ongoing Health

Hula's bloodwork is now perfectly healthy, and she is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Hula is a patient soul who is slow to warm up but incredibly loving once she connects with you. She smiles and wags her entire body with joy when she's happy! She is totally potty trained.
