Rex Loves Toys

Meet Rex, a four-year-old silver-gray pittie or Staffy mix with the softest face, sweetest eyes, and an adorable white chest spot that looks like he's wearing a tiny tuxedo. Rex is an incredibly special boy with a heart as big as he is. He has a steady, easygoing nature that brings a sense of peace wherever he goes. Rex loves affection, especially when you squat down and invite him in, but he is also perfectly content entertaining himself with toys, sniffing around, or relaxing nearby. He has mastered the art of being close without being demanding and truly knows how to chill.

Ideal Home

Rex is very apartment friendly and would be happy as a solo dog or with a medium to low-energy, respectful canine companion. He has lived with small children and is extremely gentle with them.

Ongoing Health

Rex is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection. He has also had a heartworm test.

Training & Support

Rex is fully potty trained and crate trained. He enjoys his daily leash walks and walks nicely when you are moving, though he is always happy to pause for a good sniff. He loves toys, especially Kongs and a good game of tug of war. He is treat motivated and eager to please.

Transportation

Rex is located in Texas and can be transported to various drop-off locations nationwide. Transport is available with a $87 surcharge.
