Kenai

Kenai is a beautiful 2-4 year old mixed breed who has already shown incredible resilience. She came to us as a stray, found dragging a chain and a trap. The trap had severely injured her front foot, requiring amputation. Despite this traumatic experience, Kenai is a sweet, gentle, friendly, loving, and smart girl. She's learning to navigate the world as a tripod and is taking it all in stride. She also gets along well with other dogs.

Kenai would thrive in a home where she can continue her recovery and receive plenty of love and attention.

Ongoing Health

Kenai is a tripod and is recovering from a leg amputation. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Like all rescue dogs, Kenai will benefit from continued training and socialization to help her adjust and thrive in her new environment.

Transporation

We are located in South Carolina and transport to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
