Calypso - NH

Meet Calypso, a spirited 3-year-old, 47lb Australian Cattle Dog mix with a heart full of love to give! Calypso has overcome a tough past and is ready to find her forever home. She's a bundle of energy who can go from a full-speed zoomie to a perfect stop, making her a true lady. She loves a good belly rub, can snooze away contentedly, and is always up for learning new tricks, especially if pizza rolls are involved! Calypso is known to be good with other dogs and children, and is house-trained and crate-trained. Her favorite things include hand-tossed pizza with pineapple, mani-pedis, and a good sunbathing session in a securely fenced backyard.

Ideal Home

Calypso would thrive in a home with a reasonably sized, fenced backyard where she can safely enjoy her sprints and sunbathing.

Ongoing Health

Calypso is up to date on all her vaccines, spayed, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Calypso is house-trained and crate-trained. She's eager to please and motivated by treats, making her a quick learner for new tricks.

Application Details:

• Applications begin by contacting us through Wags.
• Once your application is received and reviewed, you will be contacted via email or phone by one of our volunteers.
• After your application is approved, the foster parent for Calypso will contact you to answer any questions and determine if she is a good match for your family.
• If you don't have a specific dog in mind, we can keep your application on file and notify you if a suitable dog comes into our rescue program.

Transportation

Calypso is currently located in Nashua, NH. As we are an all-volunteer group with dogs fostered in individual homes, we do not have a physical shelter. Transport arrangements can be discussed upon application approval.
