Meet Hachi!

Hachi is a sweet and resilient boy, estimated to be around 2 years old and weighing about 50 lbs. For most of his life, Hachi knew only the confines of an outdoor kennel, rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite his past, Hachi's heart remained soft, and he's a total love bug! He greets life with a wagging tail, a gentle spirit, and a genuine love for people. He adores spending time with his humans, is wonderful with kids, and has never met a stranger he didn't want to be friends with. He truly treasures the simple things many dogs take for granted, like belly rubs, a cozy bed, and quality time with family. Hachi is crate trained, potty trained, and ready to settle into a home of his own. He's a medium-energy guy, always up for some fun but just as happy to relax next to you.

Ideal Home

Hachi is looking for a home where he's included, cherished, and loved. He would love to join you on adventures and is a medium-energy companion.

Ongoing Health

After years of being underfed, Hachi is still working on gaining weight. His ideal weight is closer to 60 lbs, so he'll benefit from plenty of good food and treats!

Training & Support

Hachi is crate trained and potty trained. While he does best with slow introductions to other dogs, once he trusts another pup, he's all in. He tends to do better with confident dogs, sometimes trying to play the "big tough guy" with more timid ones.

Transporation
