Darcy

My name is Darcy, and I'm a delightful 18-month-old, 50-pound bundle of joy! I'm young and playful, but also incredibly well-behaved and easygoing. I'm already housebroken, crate-trained, and perfectly content being left alone for a few hours. I'm a smart cookie who absolutely adores my humans and gets along with everyone I meet – no strangers here! I know my basic commands and am highly motivated by tasty treats, making training a breeze. I walk nicely on a leash and love exploring the world on strolls. Squeaky toys are my absolute favorite! While I've met dogs before and did well, I'm generally a bit aloof and prefer to focus all my attention on my people, so I think being the only dog would be ideal. I truly deserve all the love and attention! I became a mom at just 10 months old and was a wonderful caregiver to my puppies. I know my forever home is out there, and sometimes it just takes a little longer for us adult dogs to find our perfect match. I also need to let you know that I'm not a fan of cats.

Ideal Home

A home where I can be the center of attention, as I don't need other dogs in my life. I am also not a good fit for homes with cats.

I am spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

I am housebroken, crate-trained, and know basic commands. I am food motivated, which will help with any further training.
