Sharifah is highly intelligent and a bit insecure, so her optimal match is with someone with leadership presence who can provide her with confidence, safety, and security. She would find relief in following a consistent lead and appreciates being told what she can and cannot do. She bonds once she knows she is safe and is eager to connect with her person. She thrives in a structured and secured environment and values a loving and engaging connection. We would love for her to be in a home with at least two adults, and if she could have a defined community of people she could regularly interact with, that would be even more ideal. Someone willing to expand her comfort zone/circle would be a bonus, but she would be completely fulfilled with an intimate circle of friends. Sharifah is not fond of strangers in her home.

Sharifah went to boot camp for a couple of weeks and did great once properly introduced to staff and other dogs. Continual training will do wonders for her. She is both house and crate trained.
