HARLEY

MEET HARLEY.... a ruff and tumble, ready for prime time, rockin roller who is ready to get on his bike and jam! Harley is a very playful 2-3 year old, creamy white, 16 lb Lhasa Maltese mix. He came from Lancaster Shelter and had a brief exposure to parvo, but fortunately, never contracted it. We had to wait to neuter him, so he will be available after June 30th, but he will be at adoptions on June 28th.

Ideal Home

Harley would be best suited for an active family with kids over 8 years old and at least one other dog. He would not thrive in a senior home. If you don't have another dog, you will need to have the time and patience for a very playful pup who needs to learn how to play with toys and fetch like a gentleman.

Ongoing Health

Harley was briefly exposed to parvo but did not contract it. He has been neutered.

Training & Support

Harley is doing great in the potty training department and waits for his walks to do his business. He will even sometimes do #2 on command, or perhaps it's just a coincidence? Whatever it is, he's regular and consistent and a pleasure to walk. Harley is a quiet dog. When he greets you, he can almost bowl you over with active jumps and kisses. He's a great eater and is excited for his walk, then eat, then play, then cuddle. Harley will go into nirvana if you rub his belly while he is cuddling with you on the couch!
