XP Micah

Micah is an 87-pound goofball who wishes he could be a lap dog but will settle for being near his people. He was rescued off the streets but now is looking for a forever home. He is a great boy who's well-mannered and very well-trained. He is skittish with loud noises, likely due to being dumped twice. Since being with a foster family, he has improved. He is an amazing dog and we can't say anything bad about him. He is good in a house when left alone (not destructive at all) and is housetrained. He also loves to play ball and is involved in everything.

Ideal Home

Micah would do well with sturdier children. He has shown to be good with other dogs, chickens, rabbits (will sit and stay at a respectful distance without issue), and ignores horses. He seems to be good with cats, but a dog-savvy cat is a must as the current cat is not a fan of dogs.

Ongoing Health

Micah has allergies and a tickborne illness that is not active and does not bother him. At this time, the vet states he does not need any medication for this issue. He is up to date on all his vaccines.

Training & Support

Micah is well-mannered and very well-trained. He listens well and loves to play ball. He is skittish with loud noises, but has shown improvement with his foster family.
