Louanne

Meet Louanne!

She was found alone on the streets of Saginaw, with no collar and no one looking for her. Despite her rough start, Louanne is still the sweetest girl. This beautiful blue babe is estimated to be around 1-2 years old and is now safe, searching for the forever family she deserves. She is potty trained, crate trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and has wonderful manners. She can be a little jumpy when she's excited because she loves her people so much! She isn't a big barker, but she will whine to let you know she's ready to come out and be part of the fun.

Ideal Home

Louanne has done well with an 11-year-old and a toddler. However, because she can be jumpy, a home that can continue working on polite greetings would be ideal. She is dog selective and prefers male dogs. No cats for Louanne, as she has shown an interest in chasing them.

Ongoing Health

As a blue beauty, Louanne does have some skin sensitivity and is currently thriving on a salmon and sweet potato diet. She will need to be vaccinated and spayed, and we will be getting that scheduled.

Training & Support

Louanne is a little jumpy when excited, but this can be worked on with continued training on polite greetings. She is potty trained, crate trained, and walks beautifully on a leash.
