Libby

Meet Libby, a 3-month-old Dalmatian puppy with a vibrant personality and boundless energy! Despite being born deaf, Libby has already shown incredible resilience and is now ready to find her forever family. She's a busy, bouncy girl who loves to explore and is incredibly smart, though she's still learning focus and communication skills. Her foster family is dedicated to helping her build these important foundations, and she'll need a committed adopter to continue that journey.

Ideal Home

Libby would thrive in a home with a confident, tolerant larger dog who can help guide her. She's great with children and cats, but sometimes she can get a bit carried away with her playmates and might not always recognize when they've had enough. Due to her tendency to be vocal when frustrated, Libby is not suited for apartment living. She is also not recommended for first-time owners of deaf dogs, as she requires an experienced and patient adopter who understands her unique needs and is prepared for the energy of a young Dalmatian.

Ongoing Health

Libby will be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

Libby is currently working on developing listening and focus skills, and her new family will need to be dedicated to continuing her training. She has a lot of puppy energy and can be a bit boisterous, so consistent guidance will be key to her success.
