Rusty

Meet Rusty, a friendly and smart young adult male Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler mix! Rusty has been in our care since February 2025 and is currently enjoying life in a foster home at a dog sanctuary while he awaits his forever family. He's incredibly sociable and gets along wonderfully with both other dogs and cats, making him a great addition to a multi-pet household. Rusty is known for his outgoing personality and you'd be hard-pressed to find a more affectionate companion. As a Heeler breed, he's a smart cookie and highly trainable, eager to learn new things. He's also already house-trained, which is a huge bonus! Rusty is still young and has many years ahead to fill a home with love and joy.
