Meet Milo — a smart, loyal gentleman ready for his second chance!

Milo is a 6-year-old male Heeler mix with striking coloring and the kind of presence that lets you know he’s been a well-loved family dog. He came to us after being relinquished to animal control, and when his time was up and he was at risk of euthanasia, we stepped in to give this incredible boy the chance he deserved. He knows his commands and tricks: sit, stay/lay down, back, chase your tail, and probably a few more. He is also leash trained and house trained. Milo loves people and gets along well with other dogs. He is smart, attentive, and eager to engage with his humans. Milo truly loves everyone he meets.

Ideal Home

Milo would do best with older kids or adults who appreciate a dog that’s interactive, intelligent, and ready to be part of daily life. We wouldn’t recommend a home with very young children.

Ongoing Health

Milo is age-appropriately vetted, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Milo is leash trained and house trained. He knows several commands and tricks.
