He is also on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and you'll receive the next month's supply with your adoption.

• You must be 21 years or older with identification showing your present address.
• All adults living in the household must give their knowledge and consent.
• If you rent, you'll need to provide proof of a pet deposit and that your lease allows pets.
• You must be willing and able to spend the time and money necessary for training, medical treatment, and responsible pet care.
• If you live in a house, a secure fence is required.
• All poisonous plants must be removed from your yard.

Nathan is located in Dallas and can only be adopted to Dallas and surrounding areas due to the requirement of a home visit.
