Meet Onyx! He's an 11-month-old Doberman with a heart of gold and a spirit that's already shown incredible strength. Onyx and his brother, Bonsai, came to us as strays in pretty rough shape. They were underweight, and Onyx even needed stitches while his brother had a fever. But thanks to prompt veterinary care, good food, and tons of love, they've both made amazing recoveries and are now thriving! Onyx is a friendly guy who gets along well with other dogs. He's at a wonderful age where he's curious about the world, eager to learn, and ready to form a deep bond with his forever family. He's the perfect pup to grow with, train, and build confidence alongside a loving family. Onyx has proven how resilient he is, and now he's ready for a safe and happy forever home where he can continue to shine. Ongoing Health

Onyx is fully vetted, vaccinated, and neutered. As with all Dobermans, potential adopters should be aware of common health issues for the breed and be financially prepared for any potential veterinary expenses. Pet insurance is recommended.

Training & Support

Onyx is still learning about the world and is at a perfect stage for training and building confidence.

Applications start by contacting us through Wags.

• Applications must be completed thoroughly.
• Adopters must be at least 21 years old.
• A home visit will be scheduled.
• A veterinary reference check is required.
• Existing pets must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention.
• Puppies may be considered for homes with children under 6 if a fenced yard is present.

Transportation

Onyx is currently in a foster home in Pennsylvania. We do not ship our dogs.
