Roscoe

Roscoe is a handsome 5-month-old, 32-lb boy with a shiny black coat and a beautiful patch of white hair on his chest. He's mellow, intelligent, and sweet-tempered, with a friendly and playful nature around other dogs and cats, both indoors and out. While he can be a little shy in new environments, he quickly befriends strangers with the help of yummy treats. Roscoe is full of curiosity but approaches new situations cautiously, which has kept him out of trouble! He follows commands well, even in the park, and would make a wonderful companion. Roscoe and his three siblings were found deserted in a rundown shed during the monsoon season. Thankfully, a rescuer took them in and placed them with foster families.

Ideal Home

Roscoe would thrive in a home that offers him plenty of opportunities for interaction and gentle exploration. He is best suited for a family with children over 6 years old.

Ongoing Health

Roscoe has received his first vaccination on 4/30/2025, his second on 5/30/2025, and his third on 6/30/2025. He also received his rabies vaccination on 6/23/2025.

Training & Support

Roscoe is already doing a great job following commands, is house-trained, and crate-trained. He shows no signs of food aggression and has never bitten anyone.
