Meet 4's Carolina Goldens. Sonja Fore is from West Virginia, originally for the past 44 years I've lived in North Carolina. There's lots of things that I like to do learning's one of them, but there's only a few things that I love to do. I love gardening. I love playing. Love cooking but my biggest love or my golden retrievers. And if you come to my house you would be able to tell that because I have a bunch. I only intended to have three but I love them so much. I've got more. I've worked really hard. All of my life raised two kids by myself. Got married the second time at the end of their childhood and it was like starting a new life. Lots of things happened over the years And then I got sick. Kidney disease had to do dialysis .while waiting on a kidney God. brought 2 Golden puppies to us.and I loved them so much. That's what started our business. Those two little girls are what started our business. I read everything that I could get my hands on about breeding. We have tried several different ways of doing Of doing things. We started with the the dirt pen and some little dog houses and we've been adding on since then. We've not come a long way because well you have to be able to do a lot. Joy, we have one trailer for our puppies right now. It has two rooms in it and it has two lid litters in it and 9-month-old puppies can be they're in the other room. This was a new way of doing things. We had two bitters in the house come now. As of yesterday we moved both of them outside into food trailer. That's there home and it has air conditioning which we are running all the time and heat so they're kept cool and warm when need be. They've got an area to play in and area to use the bathroom in. We used to let the vet do everything. Now we do some things we don't do at all. We still go to the vet and they're checked over by the vet and they get some of the really serious shots from the vet. We're out there. We love them and play with them every solitary day. There's a lot of things that we do as far as playing with them and trying to teach them when we put them in the kennels and when we worm them and there. Golden retrievers are so extremely loving and I needed what they have.. AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders. We encourage all prospective puppy owners to do their research and be prepared with questions to ask the breeder. Make sure you are not only choosing the right breed for you, but also that you’re getting it from the right individual.
