Found wandering the streets of Houston, this resilient boy is now thriving in foster care and learning what love really feels like. His favorite things include playing ball, tug-of-war, and anything that squeaks! Scout walks like a champ on a leash and is crate trained. He's a smart cookie, picking up manners and basic commands fast. Scout loves being with his people and would love a home with a comfy dog bed to call his own.
