VALENTINE

Hello there! I'm Valentine, a sweet and spirited young lady with a whole lot of pizzazz! Volunteers adore my friendly personality and my compact stature. I've been on some fun "Doggie Day Out" adventures, and honestly, I'm a little baffled as to why I'm still waiting to find my forever home. I'm so ready to leave shelter life behind and shower a loving family with affection! My temporary companions had wonderful things to say about me: I'm great with people, a decent listener (especially when treats are involved!), and I absolutely love a good butt scratch. I enjoy wiggling around the grass and am a pro at napping in cars. While I get quite excited around other leashed dogs and might pull a bit to say hello, I'm easily redirected and calm down quickly. Walking me is a breeze, and one of my day trip buddies said I was an "angel" with infectious energy – I'd definitely go on another adventure with them!

Ideal Home

Valentine would love a home where she can get plenty of attention and have opportunities for walks and playtime.

Valentine is not spayed and is not vaccinated.

Training & Support

Valentine is a semi-good listener and loves treats, which will be great for further training. She can get overly excited around other dogs and pull, but she calms down easily when redirected.
