Frankie is a very playful, confident, and cheerful little fellow. He's never met a stranger and is dancing for attention just minutes after meeting a new friend! He plays incredibly well with other dogs and is loving to his human family. He does need regular grooming. Frankie is around 2 years old, weighs about 13 lbs, and is a happy, healthy boy ready to start the new year with a new family!
