Meet Princess Betsy, a four-year-old Pit mix who weighs 55 pounds. Princess Betsy is a sweet and gentle girl who is looking for a fresh start and a family to love. She was surrendered by her previous owners when they were no longer able to afford her care. Despite this difficult transition, she remains incredibly loving and kind. She is shy at first but blossoms into an affectionate and playful companion, and she's a perfect couch potato once she's comfortable. Princess Betsy walks nicely on a leash and has been very sweet with shelter staff. She seems happiest when she's receiving attention and affection, and she's ready to bond deeply with a family willing to give her the patience and stability she needs while she settles into a new routine.
