Mocha

Mocha is a sweet and spirited girl, estimated to be around five years old, who came into rescue with significant mobility challenges due to deformed back legs and a spinal disc issue. She has always navigated the world using her front legs with incredible resilience. After consulting with our vet, one of her rear legs, which was frozen in place, was surgically removed to improve her chances of mobility. She's already working on using her remaining rear leg and a wheelchair is on its way to provide her with comfort and independence. Mocha adores people and is not bonded to Latte, so they do not need to be adopted together.

Ongoing Health

Mocha has undergone surgery to amputate one of her rear legs. She can control her bladder but not her bowels, though her habits are consistent and manageable.

Training & Support

Mocha is house-trained in terms of her bladder control, and her bowel habits are manageable. With her wheelchair on the way, she will have additional support for her independence.
