Enzo Baby is a truly special pup who's sure to steal your heart! He's about 5 months old and weighs around 37 lbs. We suspect he's a German Shepherd mix with a touch of hound, evident in his big floppy ears, large puppy paws, and an incredible talent for sniffing out treats. Enzo is incredibly sweet, gentle, and affectionate, always wanting to be close to his people. He's happy to join you on any adventure, whether it's a car ride, a beach trip, or just snoozing by your feet while you work. He's described as a little shadow by his foster, always wanting to be where his humans are.
Ideal Home
Enzo truly shines when he has canine companionship. He loves playing with other dogs and learns from them, making him more confident. We believe he would be happiest in a home with a friendly dog friend to be part of his pack. He also had a positive and respectful interaction with a resident cat, but we are happy to arrange a cat sleepover to ensure a good fit for your feline friend. Enzo is a well-balanced boy who enjoys adventures but also settles nicely at home, so he could thrive in various living situations, including an apartment or a home with a yard.
Ongoing Health
Enzo is up-to-date on all his vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple deworming treatments, and he's been flea and heartworm treated. He's also been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
This smart cookie already knows how to sit and is crate and potty trained. He has wonderful house manners and rides beautifully in the car. He's currently learning to walk nicely on a leash and is very food motivated, which will make continuing his training fun and rewarding. While Enzo can be a little shy with new people initially, he's gaining confidence through socialization and his foster's adventures. With continued exposure, structure, and routine, he's expected to blossom into an amazing adult dog.

Transportation
Enzo is currently in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our own USDA-certified transport system, which includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. You can track your pet's journey in real-time and receive photo updates. Please note, Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
