Smarty Marty SPC

Smarty Marty is a wonderfully smart girl who is ready for her forever home! She was found in a difficult situation, having experienced neglect and hurt from people. Thankfully, a dedicated foster mom and a whole community stepped up to help her get to safety. Her foster mom describes her as an inspiration, showing incredible progress and resilience. Now, Smarty Marty is looking for a loving family who will cherish her for who she is and give her the stable, loving environment she deserves.

Ideal Home

Smarty Marty would do best in a home with no small children, as she can be playful but a bit rough. She is good with cats, but is allergic to cat dander, so a feline-free home would be ideal. She requires a patient adopter who understands she is a rescued dog and is willing to work with her on building trust.

Ongoing Health

Smarty Marty requires long-term allergy medication and a special prescription diet to manage her allergies.

Training & Support

She is puppy pad trained and loves her kennel. She is also very affectionate and loves to snuggle. Patience will be key as she continues to build trust and adjust to her new life.
