Meet Pixie - an adorable 9-month-old 6-pound Chihuahua!

This sweet girl is timid when meeting new people but once she's comfortable she is full of energy and loves being part of whatever her people are doing. She thrives on companionship and is happiest when she's close to her family, whether that's cuddling on the couch or following you from room to room.

She's great with kids and gets along well with cats, making her a wonderful addition to many different types of homes. Pixie can be a door dasher and also doesn't like being on a leash so she would love a secure, fenced yard where she can safely burn off her energy.

At just 9 months old, she's still learning the ropes and is not yet potty trained, so she'll need a patient family committed to helping her continue her training. With consistency, positive reinforcement, and plenty of love, she has all the potential to become a wonderful lifelong companion.
