Sebastian, a 9-week-old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix, is a delightful little guy weighing in at around 3 pounds, with more growing to do! He's currently in a foster home in Austin, Texas, and is ready to find his forever family. Sebastian and his eight siblings were found abandoned on the streets of Houston.
Sebastian may be small, but his personality is mighty! He's a quiet, gentle soul who prefers snuggles to chaos and has a knack for being the best little snuggler. He's a loving companion looking for someone to share cozy moments with. As a young puppy, he's still discovering the world and will need a family dedicated to helping him grow into a confident and well-mannered dog. He's already showing bravery and sociability, and with proper introductions, he should do well with children, cats, and other dogs. Given his tiny size, it's important that any resident pets are gentle and experienced with very small dogs, and all interactions should be supervised. Because his parentage is unknown, adopters should be prepared for some puppy surprises regarding his adult size and breed mix.
Ideal Home
Sebastian is looking for a home where someone is present most of the time to help with his socialization, training, and care. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours at a time, we would consider your application only if there is another adult in the household available to care for him during the day. Transporation
Sebastian is currently located in Austin, Texas. He is available for transport once matched with an approved adopter. Transports occur every few weeks, and he will be placed on the next available transport after approval. If you have specific timing needs for receiving a dog, please apply at that time.
