Hawk

Hawk is a sweet girl with a timid nature, more like a "mouse" than her name suggests! She spent time on the run raising puppies and is still a bit on alert, especially with the new sounds of city living. Her pups are all adopted and thriving, so now it's time for Mama Hawk to find her own happy ending!

Hawk absolutely loves to come running for scratches and will reward you with the sweetest kisses. She sleeps soundly through the night in her crate and is a big fan of toys. She is also VERY food motivated, which will be a great asset for training!

She's learning how to play with other dogs and wants to engage, but she's still figuring out the "how-to." You can see her watching other dogs, trying to understand their playful wrestling. She's got a good-natured "country come to town" vibe and will blossom with the right guidance.

Ideal Home

Hawk would do best in a home that offers patience and understanding as she adjusts to new experiences. A suburban or quiet country cottage setting would be ideal for her.

Hawk is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Hawk is learning to play with other dogs and would benefit from a patient canine companion who can show her how to be a relaxed dog. Her food motivation will be a great tool for further training and building confidence.
