Penny Bun Mushroom is approximately seven months old and may be a mix of Pit Bull and German Shepherd. She's a super sweet and affectionate girl who absolutely adores people and already has impressive leash manners, trotting happily beside her handler. Penny Bun has a special love for stuffed toys, carrying them around with deep emotional attachment, which makes for an adorable display of joy when her family comes home. She's also a great companion for other dogs, showing a submissive and social demeanor, and was very respectful and gentle when meeting a cat. Her calm nature and medium energy level make her a potential candidate for apartment living, provided she receives adequate enrichment. Penny Bun is a perfectly balanced puppy – playful yet not overwhelming, cuddly but not clingy, and social without being chaotic. With her floppy limbs, velvety fur, big smile, and love for her "emotional support stuffies," she truly embodies the spirit of a beloved children's movie character.

All vetting is included in the adoption fee, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Penny Bun has been assessed by trainers, with behavior modification as needed, and individualized behavior plans to help prepare her for a future family, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking. She participates in group training and socialization play groups.

Transporation
We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA certified transport system. This includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Transport is available with a $87 surcharge.
