Blair

Blair is a sweet female Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler mix who is about 4 years old. When Blair first arrived, she was very shy and scared, spending most of her time in her crate and avoiding interaction. With patient and gentle guidance, she has made incredible progress and is blossoming into a playful and joyful dog! Her foster family has discovered she absolutely adores children, and she also has a wonderful bond with her foster canine sibling, which has given her the confidence to explore and enjoy life. We believe she would thrive in a home that understands her journey and can offer her patience and a stable environment.

Ideal Home

Blair would do best in a patient home that can continue to support her growth. She needs at least one other dog in the home to provide her with companionship and a sense of security. Older children would be a wonderful addition to her home, as she has shown a clear affinity for them and they could become her trusted "safe people."

Ongoing Health

Blair is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Blair is house-trained. She is still learning to navigate the world at her own pace, and her progress is a testament to the power of compassion and consistency. Continued patience and positive reinforcement will help her continue to build her confidence.
