Onyx Baby is believed to be a pittie mix, approximately 7 months old and weighing 33 lbs. As with many rescues, we can't guarantee breed or age.
Ideal Home
Onyx Baby would thrive in a home with another dog, as he adores following his canine companions around like a little brother. He's also done wonderfully with cats in his foster home, showing respect and no chasing behavior. He would love a backyard to romp in, but is also perfectly happy being a couch potato. We haven't tested him with children yet, but we're happy to arrange a test to see if he'd be a great family dog. We are willing to test him with anything you need to ensure a perfect match!
Ongoing Health
Onyx Baby is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Onyx Baby is a smart boy who is eager to please and gentle when taking treats. He already knows basic commands like "sit" and is crate trained. He is working on his potty training and is mostly reliable, but may have occasional accidents if left alone for long hours.

Our transport includes drop off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
