Ferrari, a 3-year-old, 50-pound bundle of joy, is a friendly, medium-energy dog who enjoys napping, sunbathing, and keeping his humans company. His foster family believes he's been around cats, dogs, and children before, as he prefers to ignore the resident cats and greets the school bus with a happy wag, likely remembering greeting children from school. Ferrari is generally quiet throughout the day, coming alive for walks and meal times. He's working on some mild separation anxiety but has never shown destructive behavior, only ever playing with his own toys. He knows basic commands like "sit," "lie down," and "come," and is eager to learn more. While still perfecting his leash manners, he's improving daily. Ferrari adores car rides, hugs, and meeting new people, treating everyone like an old friend. He's also a fan of long hikes, though he learns quickly and is happy to carry his own water in his backpack. Ferrari can overheat easily, so he'll need some form of clothing and water when temperatures are above 80°F. He's also comfortable in a crate if his family needs to be away.
